For new moms + moms with younger kids

MumNet is for new moms and moms with younger kids.

The weekly program includes:

A chance to sweat! Each week kicks-off with a 45-minute group fitness class incorporating different formats and a variety of exercises, including cardio and strength-training. Our certified fitness instructors are sensitive to pre- and post-natal concerns, and cater the workout to each group’s experience and comfort levels.

Some much needed “mom time.” Following the fitness class, moms have a chance to just hang-out while enjoying coffee and tea, snacks and a one-hour group discussion. This portion of the program is led by volunteer leaders and includes occasional guest speakers. Topics vary from week to week and group to group, including parenting, health, nutrition, relationships, crafts and much more!

On-site childcare is provided by experienced caregivers in designated childcare rooms.

Groups meet once a week from 9:15 to 11:15am and the childcare rooms are open from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
