Childcare

On-site childcare is what makes MumNet so unique! Moms can truly have a break to exercise and connect with other women. Childcare is provided by experienced caregivers who undergo regular training, including first aid, and have had police background checks.

Our caregivers are ready to welcome your little ones starting at 9:00am in your designated childcare room. Sign-out is between 11:15 and 11:30am.

MumNet I and MumNet II childcare rooms are split into two groups:

Infants – With a ratio of 1:3, caregivers do their best to keep your little one happy, either napping or playing, while you enjoy your fitness class and break.

Toddlers/Preschoolers – With a ratio of 1:5, a typical morning consists of free play, followed by snack time, a simple craft or colouring, and ending with a sing-a-long or story.

Tips for your first week:

Labeling – Please ensure that you label all items accompanying your child: diaper bags, snacks, bottles, cups, and clothing.

Sign-in and Sign-out – Each childcare room has a weekly attendance sheet. It is essential that you sign your child in when you drop them off, and sign your child out when you pick them up.

Instructions – There is also a section for comments or specific instructions concerning your child. Please use this space to indicate allergies and/or special instructions (e.g. feeding, naps, etc.).
